Designing your program - what the audience needs to know:

  • Requirements for the sport you choose
    • What are they?
  • The type of athlete you are working with
    • in addition to gender and age, is this a recreational athlete?  A competitive athlete?  A professional athlete?
  • How your program addresses the needs of the athlete and the sport

Include a week by week overview, a conclusion, and the resources used (aka, a works cited page)
