Still figuring this out. TBD.
- Active hold shelf- list of items ALMA believes is on active hold shelf. This will probably include expired requests. You have to process expired holds to remove it from active hold shelf list.
- Expired hold shelf- list of items ALMA believes is on hold shelf but is now expired. (Patron never picked up) broken down into tabs
- Activate next tab- activating next request on the same item
- Send to institution- sending outside of your school
Tempted to Select all and reshelve but use this as a shelf list and better thing to do is go to scan in items and continue from there (it will automatically do the next steps)
Scan in option seems to be our working screen
Instead of in process status it seems to be checked out to a dept
