Academic Search Complete-Google Worksheet
This activity can be done using the library catalog or any of the other library databases. Have students do parallel searches in Google and a database and discuss the differences in the results. Ideally the outcome should be that they see that google results tend to be more commercial, and at a more basic level, while library results are more research-focused and informational.
