You can find sample case studies using Google by searching for your disease and "case study".  To insure that you are using a reliable source:

• Look to see if the author's name and credentials are available
• Look to see if the author has a list of references
• Look to see when the site or page was last updated
• Look to see if there is a bias
• Look for a HON symbol (Health on the Net) at the bottom of the page
• Look for sites that have edu or gov in the URL

Google Images will aid you in finding images for your presentations.  Remember that you need to cite where you found the image.
